Estamos buscando un Representante de Servicio al Cliente din?ico y biling? (ingl? y espa?l) para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como miembro clave de nuestro departamento de servicio al cliente, ser? responsable de gestionar un conmutador telef?ico, dirigir llamadas y proporcionar informaci? precisa a los llamantes.
Responsabilidades Clave:
? Gestionar llamadas entrantes y dirigirlas a las extensiones o departamentos adecuados.
? Proporcionar informaci? precisa y ?il a los llamantes.
? Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento.
? Asistir con tareas adicionales seg? sea necesario.
Requisitos:
? Biling? en ingl? y espa?l.
? Excelentes habilidades de comunicaci?.
? Fuerte orientaci? al servicio al cliente.
? Actitud positiva y disposici? para aprender.
? No se requiere experiencia previa.
Lo Que Ofrecemos:
? Turnos disponibles en la ma?na y en la tarde para adaptarse a tu horario.
? Posici?... temporal por 3 meses.
