We are currently looking for a highly organized and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this remote role, you will manage communications, handle corporate schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and issue invoices.
Key Responsibilities
? Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
? Schedule meetings and manage calendars for clients and staff.
? Coordinate travel plans and arrangements for employees.
? Issue and track invoices to clients.
? Update and maintain the company website and social media profiles.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Reliable internet connection for remote work.
