- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key contacts at assigned accounts
- Coordinate the involvement of company team members to meet account performance objectives
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Supply forecasts for products purchased in collaboration with assigned customers and internal operations
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of strategic sales experience with Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, preferably in home comfort or small appliances
- Ability to work in an office environment and travel as needed
- Capability to lift 50 pounds or less
- Experience in domestic and international travel for events related to the employer and Wal-Mart/Sam's Club
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7 years in sales with a focus on customer service and relationship management
- Strong skills in negotiation, closing, and presentation
- Demonstrated self-confidence and motivation for sales
