Responsibilities...
? Conduct buyer and rental showings in the Folsom area.
? Prepare light inspection reports and assist with Open Houses as needed.
? Perform other ad hoc real estate tasks as assigned.

Requirements
? Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one (we provide support).
? Access to the MLS and familiarity with electronic lockbox systems.
? Experience showing homes in the Folsom area is preferred.
