Responsibilities...
? Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
? Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
? This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Experience in customer service
? Strong telephone etiquette
? Familiarity with CRM tools
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
? Ability to adapt to different personalities
Requirements: ? Must Live and Reside in the US ? Must Have Laptop/Tablet
