Remote Call Center Representative
Position Overview:
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you'll handle a high volume of outbound calls, averaging 60 to 80 per hour, following a structured script. You'll also assist inbound inquiries from customers seeking insurance quotes. Matching callers with suitable Insurance Companies, you'll thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting, and exceeding targets with strong communication... skills.
Location:
This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in MS or TN. and be available to work during the hours of M-F 6a-9p and occasional Saturdays in the Central Time Zone.
Responsibilities: ? Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts. ? Engage with prospects in a professional and courteous manner. ? Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits. ? Qualify leads and set appointments for sales representatives. ? Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. ? Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and performance metrics.
Requirements: ? Previous experience in outbound call centers or telemarketing highly preferred. ? Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette. ? Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses. ? Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. ? High level of self-motivation and resilience. ? Proficiency in using CRM software and other call center tools.
