General Motors Virtual Assistant Remote Job - WFH

What You Will Do:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional virtual assistance via phone, email, and chat. Manage and prioritize incoming inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for executives and team members. Conduct research and gather information to support various projects and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and... understanding. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Continuously update knowledge of GM products, services, and industry trends. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Remote work experience is a plus.
