Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence and machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative AI/ML solutions that drive business value and efficiency.

Responsibilities: ? Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions and integrate them into business processes. ? Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training. ? Develop and maintain scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines. ? Evaluate and optimize AI/ML models for performance, accuracy, and reliability. ? Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies. ? Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality of the codebase. ? Develop and maintain documentation related to AI/ML projects, processes, and procedures. ? Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. ? Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and ethical standards in AI/ML practices. ? Execute additional tasks and projects as required by your manager, ensuring they are completed professionally and within deadlines.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Master?s or PhD preferred. ? Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role. ? Strong technical background with experience in AI/ML model development and deployment. ? Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java. ? Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. ? Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ? Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. ? Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Please note that this is a consultant position, meaning your duties will be on standby until a client requests your services. Hours and responsibilities may vary based on client needs. As an employee of SpecialT Tech, you will be compensated according to your contract.

Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 per year
