What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, managing calendars and scheduling meetings
? Process expense reports, handle invoice processing, and ensure timely submission of documents
? Compile summaries and reports to support organizational needs and track key reporting areas
? Maintain organized filing systems for efficient document management and retrieval
? Assist in planning and executing special events and meetings, ensuring logistical support
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required; associate?s or bachelor?s degree preferred
? Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or office support experience
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office technology
? Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
