About the Role
? Position: Full-Time Virtual Assistant
? Hours: 5 days per week, 8 hour days between 7:00-5:00
? Location: Fully remote

? Experience: Multi-line phone systems, healthcare, electronic medical records (EMR)
? Skills: Excellent listening, communication, and patient-centered care skills, with excellent customer service
? Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces learning and growth.

What You?ll Do
? Answer incoming phone calls.
? Setting up new patients in our EMR
? Creating appointments in our EMR
? Ensure daily schedule is accurate and communicated to providers
? Billing or taking payment for services scheduled
? Educating patients or potential patients on who we are and what we offer.
? Collaborate with a team dedicated to redefining healthcare with integrity and accessibility.
