Lead Moderator - Discord Server (Remote Position)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our Rockstar Games Fan Network Discord server as a Lead Discord Moderator. In this role, you will oversee server moderation activites, ensure a positive community environment, and collaborate with other moderators to enhance user engagement and experience.

Responsibilities: ? Manage and monitor all server channels to maintain a respectful and inclusive community environment ? Enforce server rules and guidelines while handling disputes or violations professionally ? Coordinate and lead the moderation team, providing guidance and support to other moderators ? Develop and implement strategies to improve community engagement and participation ? Host and moderate events, discussions, or Q&A sessions on the server ? Identify and address potential issues or concerns within the server proactively ? Communicate regularly with server administrators to provide updates and suggestions ? Stay informed about Discord updates, tools, and best practices for server management
