Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Role
Call Center Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work closely with all members of our team. We provide outstanding relations to our customers by answering questions regarding pricing and set up for our Residential trash service.
The Customer Service Representative is expected to be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Our ideal candidate would be customer-focused, detail oriented, and has great time management. They would also be timely, knowledgeable, and capable of diffusing conflict.
Representative Responsibilities: ? Answering calls for new and existing customers. ? Responding efficiently and accurately to callers while setting up new service or support for existing services and ensuring that callers feel valued. ? Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing conflict as needed. ? Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately. ? Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position. ? Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Representative Requirements: ? Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment. ? Prior call center/ dispatch experience preferred, but not required. ? High School Diploma or equivalent ? Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice and MS Office. ? Understanding of company products, services, and policies. ? Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills. ? Strong time management and decision-making skills. ? Adaptability and accountability. ? Fluency in multiple languages is preferred, not required.

Hourly Payrate: $16.00 - $17.00

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday 8a-5p
Experience:
? Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: This is a hybrid role - In person location is Greenwood Village, CO
? In person schedule is only during new hire training as well as quarterly training sessions
? Primarily a work from home position
