We are seeking an individual who is passionate about safety, quality, and efficiency and is committed to continuous improvement. The successful candidate must be results-oriented and have a strong technical aptitude. The General Production Operator will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a high degree of professionalism and self-motivation.The ideal applicant will have a minimum of two years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, as well as a successful track record of working safely and efficiently in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a technical degree or certification is preferred. The successful candidate will also possess an aptitude for learning new technologies and processes quickly. Above all, the General Production Operator must be passionate about producing the highest quality products for our customers.
