The Aspen Mountain Residences, located in Aspen, CO is looking for an Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:
? General Building Maintenance
? Boiler Checks
? Pool Checks
? Light bulb changing in common area
? In room maintenance
? Cleaning and Organizing
? PM Checks
? VIP Checks
? Trouble shooting HVAC systems
? Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
? Respond to emergency situation
? Maintain the property
? Work on restaurant equipment
? Other duties as assigned

Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour

Schedule: Require some flexibility from the employee

Minimum Requirements
? High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
? 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
? Bilingual helpful but not required.
? Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
? Basic computer skills required.
? Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
? CPO certification preferred but not required.
