Primarily Remote Executive/Personal Assistant to CEO/Founder of Psychotherapy Practice (LOCAL ONLY)
A successful psychotherapy practice with over 60 therapists is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to the CEO/Head Therapist. The role is primarily remote except when there are things that are needed to be done at the home in Greenpoint. There is an intern to run errands and do other tasks for the EA/PA.
About the Job:
Maintain both the business and personal calendar- Track the school calendar and remind principal of events
Keep the CEO on track
Schedule internal and external meetings
Act as the liaison with the team
Put systems in place-have ideas on efficiency and software options
Gather data and create spreadsheets in Excel
Research background information for interviews and assist with scheduling them
Coordinate complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) and create detailed itineraries
Vet and prioritize the CEO?s emails respond on the principal's behalf and flag others
Oversee the NYC office (deliveries, order supplies, manage vendors)
Personal assistance: personal travel, personal appointments, filling out forms and applications, planning events and online shopping
Process expense reports
Assist with planning company events
Hire vendors when needed for repairs at the home
Update information on the website and proofread material
Coordinate child care and appointments for children (tutors, etc.

Make personal appointments
Liaise with household staff (e.g., nannies) to ensure seamless family support
About You:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related support position
Previous experience supporting a C-level
BA/BS from a college or university
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Google Docs
Mac proficient
Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills
