- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely hires
- Assess candidates? qualifications through behavioral-based interviews and competency evaluations
- Prepare and negotiate salary offers in partnership with HR specialists
- Maintain accurate records and track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously (20-25+)
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence hiring decisions
- Familiarity with Excel and Outlook
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruiting for the aerospace and defense industries
- Background in engineering or IT recruiting
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience coaching and guiding hiring managers on recruitment best practices
