- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in project teams and implement portions of project plans
- Analyze customer needs and translate them into detailed business requirements
- Organize problem-solving discussions to resolve project-related issues
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT staff, facilitating communication
- Support application testing strategy to ensure business objectives are met
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with requirements documentation
- 1+ years of proven success in leading programs/projects through the entire lifecycle
- Demonstrated experience in system application design and business process design
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst and/or Data Analyst
- Experience in Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- 1+ years of experience with SQL
- Familiarity with requirement writing tools (Agile, Raven, ReqPro)
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to various audiences
