We are a small but innovative tech company looking to enhance our mobile device management capabilities. We aim to streamline our device setup and app deployment processes using Apple Business Manager (ABM)

Position Overview...

We are seeking a freelance IT consultant to assist us in setting up Apple Business ManagerThis temporary role will focus on deploying a specific app across all devices and providing training to our staff for ongoing management.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Configuration:

  • Guide us through the setup of Apple Business Manager, ensuring proper enrollment and device addition.
  • Assist with the process for automated device enrollment and management.

Training and Handover:

  • Conduct a training session for our staff member on managing devices within ABM , including troubleshooting and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Apple Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Experience in training and supporting teams in a tech environment.
