Design and implement infrastructure solutions for our clients, utilizing the latest technologies and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop customized solutions that meet client needs. Conduct thorough analysis of client infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and provide strategic recommendations. Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure architecture and implementation, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into technical solutions. Develop project plans and timelines, and manage project deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure implementation and maintenance. Provide training and support to clients on new infrastructure solutions and technologies. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining positive client relationships. Stay informed about the latest developments in the tech industry and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies into our solutions. Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and expertise. Represent Red Hat in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
