Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to provide accurate information to guests. Handle phone calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and prompt resolution of issues. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
