GCP Contact Center AI Developer

About the position As a Google Contact Center Developer, you will make an impact by designing and implementing intelligent, scalable contact center solutions using Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Google CES, Dialogflow, and other GCP services. You will be a valued member of the CX CRM Moment Practice and work collaboratively with product managers, architects, developers, and analysts to deliver innovative cloud-native experiences that transform customer engagement. Responsibilities • Design and implement contact center solutions using Google CCAI and Google CES. • Develop and integrate GCP services such as Cloud Functions, Firestore, Vertex AI, and Cloud Storage. • Build intelligent workflows leveraging Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and testable code using Python. • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards. • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and mentoring activities. • Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Requirements • Up to 5 years of software development experience, including hands-on work with Google Contact Center AI (CCAI), Google CES, and GCP services. • Strong proficiency in Python programming. • Experience with Google Dialogflow (CX and ES). • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Firestore, Vertex AI, Cloud Storage). • Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs. • Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI. • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP). • Experience with custom integrations with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow. • Ability to quickly learn and adopt new GCP services. • Solid understanding of Google Cloud architecture and best practices. • Exposure to contact center development and integration. • Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-haves • Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Developer, Professional Cloud Architect). • Experience with CI/CD tools and automation. • Knowledge of voice/chat bot development and conversational AI. • Understanding of data privacy and compliance in contact center environments.
