KOMPAN Inc Americas is seeking a Fitness - Direct Sales Representative to champion their outdoor fitness equipment in Austin, Texas. The role involves driving sales, building relationships, and promoting KOMPAN's innovative products to enhance community wellness. Responsibilities Sell and promote KOMPAN outdoor fitness equipment to industry targets in your region, becoming an expert in design and functionality Prospect, network, and build a pipeline through activity-based sales Leverage the CRM by targeting market segments (e.g., higher education, schools, multi-family & housing, emergency services, leisure, contractors, and developers, specification – architects, landscape architects & engineers) Create product awareness and demand by articulating the world-class quality of KOMPAN equipment through presentations and industry events Prepare sales quotations and basic designs with the assistance of our highly supportive, multi-disciplinary, and centralized resource teams Ensure quality communication with your customers throughout the sales process, from the design phase through installation and post-sale Skills Strong presentation and communication skills Excellent organizational, time-management, and project-management capabilities High degree of integrity and professionalism College degree preferred Experience in long sales cycles and solution selling is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of managing a CRM system is preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental plans Employer-paid life and disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid parental leave Competitive PTO and robust holiday schedule Home office equipment Mileage reimbursement Professional development, including a trip to Austin, TX for our new sales representatives to attend KOMPAN 101 (enjoy time with your new colleagues and explore nearby KOMPAN sites!)
