About This Role: Accounts Payable Specialist We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our AP processes and credit card transactions. As a key member of our Accounting Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payment processing, maintaining strong financial controls, and driving success in our financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate vendor records, including contact information, payment terms, and credit limits Reconcile credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner Perform account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures to ensure financial statements are accurate and up-to-date Assist with audits and financial reporting as needed, providing support and guidance to our accounting team Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and resolve any issues that may arise Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
