Our team of experts provides clients with a comprehensive suite of services, including world-class video training programs, community platforms, regular coaching calls, and in-depth support on their funnels, ads, and sales processes. By joining our team as an Outbound SDR, you will be playing a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and reach new heights. The Role: Outbound SDR (Cold Email) As our ideal candidate, you are a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a passion for cold email marketing and appointment setting. You have a strong understanding of the intricacies of cold email and are well-versed in best practices for deliverability, scraping, enrichment, and more. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to craft compelling emails and engage with leads over the phone to book appointments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and scale our proven cold email system to achieve aggressive targets, including booking a minimum of 100 appointments per month in Q1 2025 and scaling to 500 new sends per working day consistently by Q2 2025. Email and dial leads who respond positively to cold emails to book appointments, ensuring seamless follow-up and conversion. Track and analyze campaign performance, maintaining strong deliverability and optimizing email content for maximum impact. Oversee a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs) who source leads, ensuring high-quality leads and controlling lead quality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking sheets, ensuring daily updates by 7 pm EST. Essential Qualifications: Proven experience in setting appointments for businesses using cold email, with a strong track record of success. In-depth understanding of cold email best practices, including deliverability, scraping, enrichment, and more. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and engage with leads over the phone. Highly organized and disciplined, with a strong work ethic and ability to enjoy routine and repetitive tasks. A self-motivated and ambitious "winner" with an all-consuming desire to succeed and make a significant income online. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing and scaling cold email campaigns, with a proven ability to optimize and improve performance over time. Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
