You will work closely with our team of data engineers, data modelers, and data architects to design, implement, and deploy innovative data solutions that meet the needs of our clients, sponsors, and content partners. Your expertise in large data and cloud technologies will be instrumental in helping us to gain insights into our business operations and make data-driven decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development of data items and data warehouses, focusing on commitment and maintenance examination and information science * Design and develop versatile data warehousing solutions, building ETL pipelines in large data conditions (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) * Collaborate with data item managers, data modelers, and data architects to design, implement, and deploy successful data solutions * Maintain detailed documentation of your work and changes to ensure data quality and data administration * Ensure high operational productivity and quality of your solutions to meet SLAs and support our commitment to our clients (information science, information examination groups) * Participate in agile/scrum practice to ensure team health and cycle enhancements **Key Capabilities** * Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries to extract data and build performant datasets * Experience with distributed frameworks like Hadoop (HDFS, Hive, Voila, PySpark) to query and process data * Strong programming skills in Python, Java/Scala * Experience with at least one major MPP or cloud database technology (Snowflake, Redshift, Large Query) * Strong involvement in data integration toolsets (i.e. Wind current) and composing and maintaining data pipelines * Strong knowledge of data modeling strategies and data warehousing standard systems and practices * Familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches * You are a problem solver with strong analytical and relational skills * Ideal to have experience with cloud advances like AWS (S3, EMR, EC2) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $24/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and skilled data engineer looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [insert contact information].
