Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment in guest rooms and public areas Vacuum and mop floors, and clean carpets and upholstered furniture as needed Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and uniforms Maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities and equipment Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Essential Qualifications: No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training to the right candidate High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry operations Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment Ability to speak and understand basic English Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies What We Offer: At Workwarp, we are committed to providing our team members with a supportive and inclusive work environment.
