You'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns * Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary * Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs * Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately * Promoting interest in client products and services * Consistently achieving established standards of the position * Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image * Providing administrative support to the customer service team * May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed **The Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
