Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote) We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to work remotely. As a key member of our e-Filing team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams, resolve issues, and contribute to achieving common goals. Key Responsibilities: Document Review and Filing: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ongoing Training: Participate in regular training sessions to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments. Discrepancy Investigation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies as they arise, demonstrating your problem-solving skills. Additional Projects: Complete additional projects as assigned, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to new challenges. Essential Qualifications: Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Education: High school diploma or GED required. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with data entry are highly desirable. Typing Speed: Typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Teamwork: Desire and ability to be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. Preferred Qualifications: Data Entry Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is a plus. Tech Experience: Strong technical skills, including proficiency with various software applications and tools.
