**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Web & Cloud Application Development**

As a key member of our Business Execution Reporting, Representation team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and recommendations. If you're a data enthusiast with a passion for driving business results, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Business Execution Reporting, Representation**: Be the go-to partner for cross-functional teams to understand the performance of our platforms. When a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dive in to drive meaningful insights that help improve or double down on progress. * **Reporting and Tooling Process**: Lead the team in the development of meaningful and consistent metrics and reporting across streaming platforms. * **BI Execution**: Drive reporting for large-scale data sets. Act as a subject matter expert for team members and collaborate with Information Engineering and Designing in designing and building performant ETLs, mediator tables, and beautiful and fast Tableau and Looker dashboards. * **Formation of a Single Source of Truth**: Collaborate with our Operations team and unite examiners and partners from across the organization to define and normalize the metrics by which we evaluate product performance. * **ETL and Metric Plan**: Own measurement plan and creation by defining business requirements, structure and development, and long-term data flexibility. * **Communication and Collaboration**: Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand what they need to drive decisions, and with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data modeling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data design. **Essential Capabilities** * A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Finance, Math, or related field. * Ability to create data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * 4+ years of analytical experience, preferably explicitly in data engineering. * Proficiency in SQL, some experience with SparkSQL, Hive, etc. * Significant experience with OLAP data sets like Snowflake or Redshift. * Experience creating and maintaining advanced tables for reporting through ETLs. * Project and resource management experience, illustrating goals, timelines, and organizing work across multiple stakeholders. * Python/R or other statistical programming languages. * High drive and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results. * Strong interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences. **Preferred Capabilities** * A sense of humor * Novel interests or areas of interest that impact the way you interact with others or potentially approach your work. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented data analyst looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
