If you have good typing skills and attention to detail, this job is perfect for you! **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency * Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring that routers and switches are functioning properly * Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and administering security and IAM * Monitoring alerts and logs, performing preventative health checks, and managing incidents * Reporting and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives **Training and Development** Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including: * Windows/Unix/Linux * Active Directory * Powershell and Bash * Developer Tools * Wireshark * ServiceNow * Network Appliances * Load Balancers * Routers/Switches * Middleware, logs/alerts * Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers * Network Monitoring Systems * Network Diagnostic Commands * Incident management tools * ITSL Processes & Tools **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
