**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Alternative Investments Remote Work Opportunity**

You'll be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities, refining exchange deal transactions, and identifying/ addressing discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer representatives. This role also involves processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions activity, and processing/reconciling dividend activity. You'll work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for Alternative Investments * Refine exchange deal transactions in client accounts and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and our fund business or transfer representatives * Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions activity, and process/reconcile dividend activity * Conduct research on complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new technology augmentations and vendor changes * Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account * Collaborate with Retail and Institutional Service Teams, as well as external partners, to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth * Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field * Strong understanding of Alternative Investments, including trading, transfers, and corporate actions * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with TD Ameritrade systems and processes * Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as 2340 and 15C3-3 * Experience with tax programming and coding * Certification in a related field, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering exceptional results * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the impact of data entry on business outcomes **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
