About the Role In this role, you will be working as an independent contractor, providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns and amendments, and providing an empathetic approach to customer interactions. You will leverage your critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex's clients via phone, chat, and/or video chat Assist customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns and amendments, and other tax-related issues Utilize critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently Escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely and effective resolution Maintain a friendly tone and professional demeanor in all customer interactions Work independently in a remote setting, managing your time effectively to meet performance metrics Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a sincere desire to assist customers, be tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills.
