You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the growth and success of our company. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner * Take incoming calls and chats with clients, using your product knowledge and trust-building skills to determine their insurance needs * Process service requests, working with insurance carriers and documenting transactions on the agency portal * Develop conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, working collaboratively with our team to resolve complex issues * Partner with peers, leadership, and other departments to ensure we service each caller's needs and work with clients to respond to inquiries such as billing questions, policy changes, and coverage inquiries * Participate in regular coaching sessions with our Operations Manager to ensure you're meeting our high standards of customer service * Have the opportunity to obtain a P&C license after 1 year **Requirements** * 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry * Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Ability to read and interpret policy screens in the agency management system/bolt platform * Detail-oriented, self-starter, and strong organizational skills * Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills * Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with peers and leadership to achieve our goals * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and nimble approach * Customer-centric mindset, prioritizing customer needs and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency **Preferred Qualifications** * Insurance knowledge or experience in the insurance industry * Experience working in a fast-paced team environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a remote environment, with a flexible schedule **Competencies** * Collaborative: Partners with a range of people to create trust and co-create and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes * Curious: Actively seeks to learn from others and is inquisitive to increase knowledge and competence * Adaptable: Looks to understand the bigger picture rationale for changes and adapts in a flexible and nimble manner * Customer Focus: Demonstrates a customer-centric mindset by prioritizing customer needs and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Parental leave * Referral program * Vision insurance * Work from home **Work Environment** * Remote work environment, with flexible scheduling options * Collaborative and supportive team environment * Opportunities for growth and development, with regular coaching sessions and training programs **How to Apply** If you're a customer service professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
