**Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry**

As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring efficient service scheduling, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere. **Job Role:** As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department.
