With a focus on innovation, customer satisfaction, and employee growth, blithequark is the perfect place to launch or continue your career. **Key Responsibilities** As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, your duties will include: * Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery * Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols * Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site * Utilizing technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders * Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing **Physical Demands** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be required to perform physical labor, including: * Lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation * Standing and walking during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation * Using carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around * Going up and down stairs (where applicable) **Work Environment** Our Amazon Locker+ locations are designed to provide a comfortable and safe working environment for our associates. You'll be working behind a counter, interacting with customers, and sorting packages in a climate-controlled environment.
