Job Summary We're seeking highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Agents to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, handling ticketing and reservations, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with ticketing and reservations, providing accurate and up-to-date information about flight schedules, fares, and policies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring compliance with all airline policies and regulations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth airport operations, including assisting passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors and passengers with disabilities. Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and policies, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize computer systems and software to process transactions, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry, is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers, colleagues, and management. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly, with experience with airline reservation systems a plus. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be available to work varied shifts. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Preferred Skills Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of passengers. Experience with airline reservation systems, such as Sabre or Amadeus, is preferred, as it will enable you to quickly adapt to our systems.
