**Experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Agent – Intermediate | Remote Customer Service Associate**

While not all of our team members have served in the military, we all share a commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. **The Role** As a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent – Intermediate, you will play a critical role in our Commercial Lines department, working remotely in a dynamic contact center environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Engaging in inbound sales to advise business owners on insurance and risk management * Utilizing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions * Building and maintaining strong relationships with members, non-members, and insurance carriers * Ensuring compliance with insurance standards and minimizing errors through meticulous documentation * Providing accurate risk management solutions based on industry trends and regulatory changes * Utilizing Agency Management Systems and CRM platforms to select appropriate products and carriers * Collaborating with underwriters to negotiate endorsements, renewals, and other underwriting decisions * Performing Insurance to Value (ITV) calculations for diverse property types * Handling account services including policy changes, renewals, and cancellations **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma * 1 year of insurance sales and service experience, preferably in commercial insurance * Valid Property and Casualty insurance license for home state or ability to obtain within 90 days **Preferred Qualifications** * 2 years of Commercial Lines Insurance account management experience * Experience with Agency Management Systems, Salesforce, and multiple carrier environments * Active P&C General Lines License for home state **What We Offer** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
