Develop and maintain meaningful conversations with customers, utilizing soft skills to create a positive and personalized experience. Identify major pain points and flag them to the relevant liaison, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services. Complete training and cross-training on other channels, engaging with opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, and offer real-time problem-solving solutions via live chat.
