Position Summary... The Director, Finance - Supply Chain leads long-term financial planning by collaborating across departments to align corporate goals with financial targets and risk management. This role provides strategic financial insights through complex modeling and analysis, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accuracy in financial reporting. Partnering with senior management, the Director drives business performance evaluation, process improvements, and resource planning. The position fosters strong cross-functional relationships, promotes integrity and compliance, and champions continuous improvement to support Walmart's financial objectives and operational excellence. About the team: The End-to-End Financial Planning & Analysis (E2E FP&A) team supports forecasting and planning for Walmart U.S. End-to-End operations. This team drives consolidation and reporting while also delivering actionable insights that support business growth, operational alignment, and transformation initiatives. Collaborating across departments, the team ensures accurate financial planning and analysis, enabling informed decision-making. By leveraging financial strategy, modeling, and forecasting expertise, the team plays a critical role in aligning financial goals with corporate objectives and advancing Walmart's operational and strategic priorities. What you'll do... • Lead long-term financial planning by collaborating with departments to align financial targets with corporate goals and assess risk levels. • Partner with leadership to analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide insights on budget processes and retail trends. • Manage control structures to mitigate financial misstatement risks and enhance reporting transparency across financial systems. • Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations to support strategic business decisions and communicate forecasts. • Drive business strategy by analyzing forecasts, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities. • Foster talent development through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning to build a skilled workforce. • Promote integrity by embedding ethical standards into financial practices and team behaviors. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
