This role is responsible for leading presales activities, solution architecture, and advisory initiatives for Cloud, Data, and AI transformation. The Director will manage and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and engage with senior executives to secure complex, multi-million-dollar transformational deals. The position requires a combination of technical depth, strategic business acumen, and leadership experience across advisory, professional services, managed services, and solution architecture. The successful candidate will drive innovative solutions, enable scalable presales motions, and influence organizational transformation at both customer and team levels. Accountabilities • Lead and mentor advisory, enterprise, and solution architects, fostering a client-outcome-focused culture. • Develop and implement scalable presales methodologies, POCs, and repeatable frameworks. • Collaborate with sales leadership to create go-to-market strategies that drive regional growth. • Engage directly with CxO-level stakeholders to define business problems, identify value opportunities, and guide transformational initiatives. • Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of Cloud, Data, AI, Managed Services, and Application Modernization solutions. • Build and maintain reference architectures, enabling consistent cross-team practices and thought leadership. • Lead advisory engagements, including generative AI strategy sessions and data-platform modernization initiatives. Requirements • Extensive experience in presales leadership, solution architecture, and advisory for Cloud, Data, and AI transformation. • Proven track record securing multi-million-dollar deals and managing high-performing teams. • Deep technical expertise in AI, machine learning, data engineering, cloud migration, and modern application architecture. • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience developing go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and service offerings. • Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and data-modernization platforms. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required; MBA preferred. • Preferred certifications include AWS Solutions Architect, AI/ML specialties, and platform-specific credentials (e.g., SnowPro, Databricks). • Willingness to travel as required. • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
