We're looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our remote team and play a critical role in driving business insights and integration solutions. About the Role As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between integrated systems by providing accurate data mapping instructions based on the analysis of specifications and sample data. You will work closely with our team to drive business discovery, data mapping documentation, and implementation. Key Responsibilities Perform data mapping, transformation, and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency Conduct data analysis based on specifications and sample data to inform business decisions Create data mapping documentation to support business discovery and implementation Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria with reference to data mapping documentation Conduct data mapping walkthroughs with the team to ensure smooth implementation Groom and prioritize backlog with the team to ensure efficient workflow Assist in writing acceptance tests and preparing test data to support integration solutions Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to ensure integration solutions meet business requirements Test and validate data integration processes to ensure accuracy and consistency Triaging UAT and Production issues to ensure prompt resolution Document product standards for internal and external teams/partners Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or similar role in data integration Technical knowledge of JSON, REST API, and Postman Technical knowledge of Data Mapping, API Integration, and Web Technologies Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Team spirit and good communication abilities Good organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Math, Finance, or related field Experience in Insurance/Employee Benefits or Finance/Accounting Experience building and maintaining enterprise-level analytics solutions Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience with Postman or similar tools to call APIs Experience with data analysis using JSON format Experience with JIRA and Confluence General programming experience SQL experience What We Offer At OneDigital, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: Competitive base pay range: $75,000 to $78,000 per year Variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and company performance Health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits Paid time off and overtime pay for non-exempt employees Robust learning and development programs Reimbursement of job-related expenses per company policy Employee perks and discounts Why Join OneDigital?
