Cardiac (ECG) Monitoring Technician - Remote/Hybrid

We currently have an opening for an Evening and Overnight Cardiac Monitoring Technician to join our team. The Technician will be monitoring ECG transmissions received from patient data using Independent Diagnostics Testing Facility (IDTF) software. This role will also provide technical analysis of data in processing events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review ECG recordings and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy/completeness and evaluate ECG for notification criteria and document actions • Complete all assigned and required training; stay up to date on developing clinical knowledge, specifically ECG rhythm interpretation • Escalate ECG abnormalities according to physician notification protocol • Meet performance productivity standards once initial training is completed • Ensure quality assurance of work analyzed and processed • Follow all company and departmental policies and procedures • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent • RELEVANT WORK: 1 year of ECG analysis experience • LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: CRAT and/or CCT certification obtained through Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) required • Knowledge of EKG monitoring and interpretation and Event/MCT recorders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Proficiency in Windows Operating system • Knowledge of medical terminology specific to cardiac/cardiology • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a potentially high stress environment. • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Acute attention to detail • Demonstrate strong customer service, positive attitude, and team player. • Ability to adapt to change efficiently and swiftly with limited concern.
