Yelp's premium native search advertising products deliver strong ROI by helping clients connect with potential customers at the bottom of the purchase funnel. Yelp is expanding its Enterprise team. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, sales-driven leader to generate revenue with our search retargeting product, primarily through Agencies. You will develop and manage a territory and drive new business from prospecting to close. As Yelp's Brand Sales Director, you will drive revenue and growth of Yelp's search retargeting products through our Audience Platform. To succeed, you will need relevant digital or advertising sales experience and a demonstrated track record of exceeding goals. What you'll do • Work across a territory of strategic accounts while prospecting for new accounts that are a strong fit for Yelp's advertising solutions • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to close • Develop relationships with key decision-makers across client organizations • Build rapport and understand client objectives and challenges that align Yelp's search retargeting solutions to goals • Partner with clients & agencies to develop a strategy utilizing Yelp's Audience Platform • Identify budgets within the client organization tied to driving in-store, e-commerce & brand sales to fund new Yelp campaigns • Collaborate with Yelp's Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure strong client experiences and program performance post-sale • Lead ad hoc projects focused on strategic revenue growth opportunities What it takes to succeed • 6+ years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency roles • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets • Experience closing deals worth $150,000 and more; entrepreneurial spirit with ability to build partnerships from the ground up • Experienced communicator with a proven track record of executive outreach • Motivated, tenacious, and committed to high performance • Strong growth mindset and desire to make a significant impact on Yelp's revenue and clientele • Entrepreneurial with history of building partnerships from scratch • Willing to roll up your sleeves and build something big at Yelp • Collaborative, easy-going, and team-first • Aligned with Yelp's mission • Able to travel ~25% of the time What you'll get • Medical, vision, and dental coverage from day one • Mental health support via Modern Health • 15 days PTO (accrual begins on date of hire; increases after 2+ years), 12 paid holidays, plus one floating holiday • Up to 14 weeks of parental leave • Monthly wellness subsidy • Flexible spending account • 401(k) retirement plan • Employee stock purchase plan • Professional development reimbursement • Work from home reimbursement • Base salary: $110,000 annually • Uncapped quarterly incentive compensation (sales commissions) • Target annual compensation: $220,000 (base + incentives, assuming minimum performance) • Top performers may significantly exceed target earnings • For more information about US benefits at Yelp, please check this link Closing At Yelp, we believe that diversity is an expression of all the unique characteristics that make us human.
