Job summary We're looking for experienced AWS Developer with DevOps knowledge. Proficient with AWS architectures and tools, IAM and permissions, networking and VPCs and AZs, multi and cross-account architectures. Highly experienced in infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, with extensive experience in CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform. Min Qualification: MBA / MSc Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Job descriptions & requirements Responsibilities: • Design and implement serverless architectures using AWS services to enhance application scalability and reliability. • Manage IAM policies and permissions to ensure secure and efficient access control. • Configure and maintain networking and VPC settings for optimal performance and security. • Develop and manage multi-account and cross-account AWS architectures to support complex organizational structures. • Utilize AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management. • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with security standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, providing high-level support and guidance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS cloud services. • Strong understanding of AWS serverless technologies (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, caching, and S3). • Expertise in IAM, VPCs, and networking, as well as security practices. • Proven experience with AWS CDK, CloudFormation, and Terraform for infrastructure as code deployments. • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Bash) for automation tasks. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and the like). • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • A huge advantage would be the ability to develop code and not just infrastructure.
