Job Description We are looking for an experienced AWS Architect to design, develop, and optimize scalable and secure digital contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and modern GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will lead architecture initiatives, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver intelligent customer and agent experiences through automation, LLMs, and real-time data workflows.
