If you’re passionate about using AI to transform the enterprise, then we want to hear from you. ‍♀️ Your Responsibilities • Conduct cutting-edge research: Contribute to groundbreaking projects, particularly in the development, training, and ethical application of advanced language models. Push the boundaries of what's possible in AI. • Stay ahead of the curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and apply them to your work, ensuring WRITER maintains its competitive edge. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and other researchers to transform research into tangible evaluation metrics and product features, driving real-world impact. • Develop and optimize models: Research, build, and train AI models, with a particular focus on large language models. Ensure efficient and effective model development using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow. • Contribute to publications: Participate in the publication of high-impact research papers and represent WRITER at top-tier conferences and industry events. • Ensure ethical application: Maintain a strong focus on the ethical implications of AI and ensure that all research and development aligns with best practices. ⭐️ Is This You? • Advanced LLM applied research: Experience fine-tuning agentic models to improve their performance and utility.
